First, the installation of wiring terminal board should be firm.  When the terminal board is at the bottom of the instrument panel, cabinet, or box, the height between the terminal board and the foundation surface should not be less than 250mm.  When the terminal board is on the top or side, the distance between the terminal board and the edge of the disk, cabinet, and box should not be less than 100mm.  When multiple groups of wiring Copper Terminals boards are installed side by side, the net distance between them should not be less than 200mm.  

2. The lines at both ends of the wiring Terminals of instrument panel, cabinet and box shall be marked according to the design drawings.  The label shall be correct, legible and indelible.  

Three, the instrument panel, cabinet, box line should not have joint, its insulation protection layer should not be damaged.  

Iv. The lines of instrument panel, cabinet and box should be laid in the sink, and open lines can also be laid in the small junction box.  When laying open cables, secure cable bundles with cable ties made of insulation materials. The spacing between cable ties should be 100 mm to 200mm.  

5. The rubber-insulated core wires and shielded wires stripped of the outer sheath shall be added with an insulating sheath.  

Vi. Cables and wires entering instrument panel, cabinet and box from outside should be routed after their conduction and insulation resistance check is qualified.  

7. The spare core wire should be connected to the spare Cold-pressed Terminal, or reserved according to the maximum length that may be used, and the spare wire number should be marked as required in the design document.
